Shipping and payment
Ken Smile accepts orders within Australia and Internationally.
Austalian orders 1 – 8 business days
International orders 6-20 business days
All orders are dispatched within 24 hours of business day after payment is received. Ken Smile will not be responsible for any fee’s that may incur during international deliveries. Once order is dispatched and handed over to transit service, Ken smile will not be liable for orders taking longer than expected delivery date.
Our Warehouse does not operate on weekends or public holidays. Any order that are placed after 2pm on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.
Returns, Refund, Money back guarantee
Ken Smile offers a refund within 30 days of purchase. If the consumer is not satisfied by the results, they must contact us through contact@kensmile.com and explain the problem. Shipping return cost must be covered by the customer.
Once your parcel is returned it can take 2-10 business days until your refund is processed. This all depends on the payment methods you used to purchase.
Lost Parcels
